New Cairo and the Fifth Settlement are not one drop-off point
New Cairo covers broad residential and business districts. A hotel in the Fifth Settlement, a compound with controlled gates and a business address near the airport may have very different entrances. Share the full street, property name and map pin, not simply 'New Cairo'. If your booking is for an office meeting, provide the building and reception details too.
Check the terminal and avoid arrival confusion
Cairo Airport has multiple arrival terminals. Give your flight number and travel date for the correct pickup plan. After landing, allow time for any immigration checks and baggage claim, and use the written instructions to find the designated area. A name sign is helpful but does not replace checking the confirmed driver and vehicle information.
Business visitors and families need different vehicles
For a work trip, a comfortable executive sedan may be a sensible choice, especially with limited luggage. For families, a larger MPV is often more suitable once suitcases, strollers and children are considered. State your actual luggage count and seat requests. An airport pickup is private only when that is the confirmed booking product.
Flight changes, waiting conditions and return pickup
Traffic into and within New Cairo may vary considerably by the hour. Ask for the complete quote, waiting arrangements, special stop terms and any vehicle parking restrictions at your property. For the return journey, provide the departure terminal and flight time and select a pickup that respects airline check-in recommendations.
Journey times are estimates. Send the exact property address, flight number, passenger ages and suitcase sizes. Child seats, special assistance and extra stops should be requested before confirmation.
Questions travellers ask
Can we pre-book an airport pickup for a night flight?
Yes, private airport pickup can be requested 24/7 and is confirmed according to availability, your flight number and the agreed meeting instructions.
Is the price per person or for the full car?
Request the total vehicle price in writing, including the exact hotel, waiting conditions and any extras. Do not assume a quoted fare includes unrequested services.
What about flight delays, luggage or child seats?
Share flight updates through your booking contact, and provide suitcase sizes and children’s ages before confirming a suitable vehicle.
