A website or WhatsApp request is a booking request until Eastern Tourism sends a confirmation with the agreed service details.
Please provide accurate pickup, destination, date, time, passenger, luggage and flight information so the correct vehicle and service can be coordinated.
If trip details change, contact the reservation team as early as possible. Any service-specific payment or cancellation information provided with your confirmation applies to that booking.
